"I ordered Grape Jelly for my orioles…"
I ordered Grape Jelly for my orioles and only 1 of the six bottles of the Jelly arrived. The bottles of Jelly are sold in two packs of I received a single two pack of the six packs. The single pack was damaged in shipment.
The bottle supposed to wrapped in supposed to be bobble wrap but the bobble wrap was not secured to the bottle so the bottle shattered in transit.
Also the box containing my order so large the bottles moved around and got damaged.
Then I went to a Costco warehouse and I was told the order was from Costco business and that I needed to call Costco Business directly.
The customer service rep. at the warehouse had given me the phone number for Costco.com not the Costco.com business.
So I called Costco.com and recorded message said sorry all of our reps are business please call back another time then Costco.com's phone hung up on me.
Last week I called and I was told there was a 70 plus minute wait so I gave up.
Today I called and got message another 70 plus minute wait so I waited. Once a Costco rep got on the phone he said your order number is a Costco business order so I can not help you.
So the Costco rep said let me transfer you to the Costco Business so get another message saying it will take another 70 + plus minutes, so I wait.
Then 70+ plus minutes later I get another Costco rep and she (Miki) tells me that I reached Costco.com and not the Costco Business center.
So I explain to her I can not wait another 70 plus minutes again. So MikI gets a person from the Costco Business center to talk to me.
But the Business center rep says she needs to send an e-mail the Business Center group to request a refund for me.
I started calling at 1:00 P.M. and it 4:00 P.M.
